| Education Qualification | 1. It shall be compulsory for the candidate to possess educational qualification and experience as per the provisions of the Departmental Recruitment Rules of Women and Child Development Department on the date of submission of his/her application. That is – (a) For limited direct recruitment as Anganwadi Worker – Should have passed Secondary Education Board Examination or 10+2 (12th) Pass and should have 5 years experience of working as Anganwadi Worker in the State. Note- (i) It is compulsory for the applicant to have 5 years continuous experience of working as Anganwadi Worker on the last date of application. The experience will be counted from the date of joining the Anganwadi Worker post till the last date of application. (ii) Anganwadi Sahayika/Asha Worker/Mini Anganwadi Worker will not be eligible. (iii) Only Anganwadi Worker appointed in India will be eligible to apply. (b) For open direct recruitment- Must have graduation degree from a recognized university. Note- For open direct recruitment, four extra marks will be given for each year of work completed by experienced Contractual Supervisor working in Women and Child Development Department and maximum 20 marks will be given for experience of five years or more. The information regarding the marks obtained by the contract supervisor based on his work experience in the above examination will be provided to the State Staff Selection Board by the Women and Child Development Department. |
