Additional Details & Eligible Criteria for MPPSC
The following details are:
| Education Qualification | A candidate should be a graduate from a University established by a Central Act or State Act or an educational institution or a University deemed to be a University under the University Grants Commission, 1956 (Notification No. 3 of 1956) or possess an equivalent qualification. 1. Candidates who have appeared in any examination after passing which they would be educationally qualified for the Commission’s examination but whose result has not been declared and also candidates who intend to appear in such qualifying examination shall be eligible for admission to the Preliminary Examination. It shall be compulsory for all such candidates who have been declared eligible by the Commission to appear in the State Service Main Examination to pass the Graduate Semi-Final Examination by the last date for applying for the Main Examination. Such candidates who have not passed the Graduate Semi-Final Examination by or before the last date for submission of applications for the Main Examination shall not be eligible to apply for the Main Examination. It shall be compulsory to submit the mark sheet of passing the Preliminary Examination along with attestation letter before the interview. 2. Such candidates who have such professional or technical qualifications which are equivalent to professional or technical degree recognized by the State Government shall also be eligible to appear in the examination. 3. For the post of District Area Coordinator, Tribal Affairs Department, preference shall be given to those candidates who have taken Sociology as a subject at graduation level. Preference means that in case of equal marks, in the final selection, the candidate who has taken Sociology as a subject at graduation level shall be selected first in order of merit (as per the policy provided in this regard by the Commission). |

Age Limit
The applicants must be no less than 21 years and no more than 33/40 years as on 01.01.2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per MPPSC State Service Exam SSE Pre 2025 Exam Rules.
